Student Analyst Program
Our Student Analyst Program is a structured, supportive pathway designed for individuals enrolled in a Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) who are preparing to become Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Student Analysts are hired as full-time employees and progress through a four-phase developmental program that intentionally builds clinical skill, confidence, and professional judgment.
Program Overview
• Designed for graduate students pursuing BCBA certification
• Full-time, paid position with hands-on clinical experience
• Clear, phased progression from entry-level skills to advanced clinical competency
• Emphasis on ethical practice, compassion, and quality care
Four-Phase Training Model
• Phase 1: Foundations of ABA and paraprofessional skill development
• Phase 2: Increasing independence in clinical responsibilities and data-driven decision making
• Phase 3: Advanced clinical application, collaboration, and case involvement
• Phase 4: Demonstration of competency across all areas of the BACB 5th Edition Task List
Ongoing Evaluation & Support
• Competency-based evaluations completed at the end of each phase
• Progression is based on demonstrated skills—not time alone
• Continuous feedback, mentorship, and supervision from experienced BCBAs
• Focus on professional growth, ethical decision-making, and compassionate care
Program Outcomes
• Graduates demonstrate competency across all domains of the BACB 5th Edition Task List
• Strong preparation for independent BCBA practice
• Development of confident, ethical, and compassionate clinicians ready to serve children and families
