Student Analyst Program
Our Student Analyst Program is a structured, supportive pathway designed for individuals enrolled in a Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) who are preparing to become Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Student Analysts are hired as full-time employees and progress through a four-phase developmental program that intentionally builds clinical skill, confidence, and professional judgment.

Four-Phase Training Model

Phase 1: Foundations of ABA and paraprofessional skill development

Phase 2: Increasing independence in clinical responsibilities and data-driven decision making

Phase 3: Advanced clinical application, collaboration, and case involvement

Phase 4: Demonstration of competency across all areas of the BACB 5th Edition Task List
Ongoing Evaluation & Support

Competency-based evaluations completed at the end of each phase
