What is the Referral process to get FBS services?
Referrals can be submitted by phone, fax, or email from your doctor's office. Our team will contact the family within 48 hours to review the referral and discuss next steps. Depending on availability, children proceed to intake or join our waitlist. We partner with families throughout the process to understand their child’s needs and develop an individualized ABA treatment plan.

How does the Intake and Assessment Process work?
Once you call or contact us with your request for services, we will take your basic information and contact you when there is availability for desired services and location. The process is managed by a Clinical Supervisor, from assessment to plan to treatment.
What insurance and payments do you accept?
We accept Medicaid and many insurance plans, as well as private payments, in the forms of checks, cash, and all major credit cards as payment. Please contact our office to confirm your insurance plan.
How do you manage security & privacy?
Family Behavior Solutions, Inc recognizes the importance of our clients’ trust and applicable details of privacy regulations. Keeping information confidential is a top priority for all employees, agents and contractors. We safeguard according to strict standards of security and confidentiality with client personal information.
